It's the outdated version of the book but still a valuable asset for my book collection. Some very good stuff in there. Very helpful for a writer trying to improve my skill and get published.

Interesting read to give you the mechanics on what writers do to construct a children's story. In addition to the crafting tools, there is a wealth of information explaining the world of children book publishing.

Very little useful information that’s not common knowledge.

Great for fundamentals. Got this from our library and decided to by for a resource

Cute Camera, I think it cost too much. Good for age range of about 9-11 or 12 years old. I got this for my 7 yr old granddaughter. She loved it at first, but doesn't have the support at home to assist with all those little frames, close lines (for pictures), backings etc. The pictures are really small, film is expensive. Just too much for that age range (7-8). At about 9-11 they like playing with little "stuff". Teenagers these days use their phones.

The Everything Guide to writing children's books had been a great resource. It has reminded me of things in writing that I have forgotten since my long ago days in school.

This book is a good resource in information to write and publish all types of children's books. Helpful websites given to get further information.
