I bought this unit to replace the original remote that we misplaced. It was very inexpensive especially compared to the cost for an OEM remote. I only received it today. I did have a difficult time removing the very tight battery cover and had to have neighbor's grown son remove it. Once I loaded the batteries and replaced the cover, all functions worked right away without any setup except voice control. A previous reviewer mentioned this had happened to him and he returned the remote. The remote's one page user manual said press the Return button and Pause button simultaneously for 3 seconds or more to pair the TV and the remote which I did. The TV went into pairing mode and when completed, all functions work now as well as the original. I advise taking a photo of the manual to ensure it's available if the remote needs to be paired again.

I ordered this to replace a broken remote. It worked just like the original. Every button worked perfectly.

We noticed my in-law's Samsung TV remote wasn't working 100% anymore (the "right" button wasn't working). I ordered this and it was the perfect replacement.Setup was easy. There wasn't very much to do besides put batteries in and close the cover. It worked right out of the box. (Side note: who ever at Samsung designed this style of controller needs to be slapped for how difficult it is to open.)It looks a little scuffed out of the package for something that's "new" (volume rocker button) but not a big deal.Hopefully this one lasts as long as the original remote, if not longer.

Exact replacement model as the old/“bad” unit.An hour after ordering, I did yet another bluetooth pairing with the old one and tv. Huh, this time the devices paired. This morning, old one still working. The new one arrived at my door so I pulled the batteries out of the old device, put them in the new remote, put the old remote in a drawer and will save it for the next time.Good fast response!

The media could not be loaded. It seems like it works and then it stops working and then it will work again but you have to push the left and right buttons 30 times to make it go over once. It won’t control the volume. The speaker “talk to” button doesn’t work. It’s a piece of trash. I would love a refund but it tricked me and I may not be able o get one because I got rid of all the packaging.

The media could not be loaded. I have been looking for a replacement remote for about 5 years and decided to check Amazon. Put in the info that’s located on the back of my original remote and bam! Found it. I did read a few reviews in reference to the voice command option not working and here is the solution as mine did the same.Once I put in the batteries- response from Samsung TV was immediate. The voice command- no. Even though I had a response from my TV I still had to go through the syncing process. Once completed, everything works.

Amazing !!! It doesn’t making a clicking sound like all the cheap 9 dollar ones

My dog chewed up the remote about 3 years ago so i bought my husband this replacement and a few months later - MY DOG CHEWED IT UP AGAIN. He ordered a replacement from who knows where but that remote was 💩. Finally got tired of pressing the same button 4-5 times before it did anything and decided to dig through my old Amazon account orders just to find this one again! Just got it in the mail today and it already has made my life 10x easier. You only have to press the button ONCE for it to work! 😂 Definitely recommend this as a replacement!
