It's hard to figure out if a vitamin supplement is working or not only thing I can say for sure is that the after drinking aid works pretty well

I swear it works! I’m in the medical field so I’m always skeptical of the claims supplement companies make but I was willing to try anything to help my hangovers! I take two every day. The flavor is a light natural orange and does not make me nauseous after I take them. I have noticed a significant improvement in my mornings after the “just one glass of wine at dinner” type evenings in my mood, GI distress, and ease of waking up! On nights when I choose to drink more, I go for the blue bottle of the Cheers and those work amazingly as well but it’s so nice to take something every day consistently that has made me way less nauseous, decreased my headaches, and overall made the consequences of enjoying a few drinks minimal!

I can't recommend Cheers products strongly enough! I used to feel the effects of drinking after just a couple of light beers (the lowest carb beer on the market). I've been taking this and the Cheers multivitamin daily for about 6 months now. Now a night of light beers and I'm fine the next day! This stuff is great! Well, I thought it would be nice to take this stuff for a couple of months to support my liver (I don't drink much but do drink weekly) but after taking it for 3 days (no other changes in diet) coffee tastes so bad, it's changed my sense of taste. Any coffee from anywhere, prepared in any manner. Going to stop taking it and will revisit this review in a week.Edit: Yes, stopping this product fixed my sense of taste, the change was pretty immediate, one day to regain the palate. So yes the supplement was to blame, but no remaining side effects, quitting the supplement fixed it, back to normal.
