Think the title speaks for itself..and the case was smashed to pieces when it arrived but I really needed a mouth guard. Then couldn’t get it to fit properly as the material is so stiff even after being in boiled water.

I was so pleasantly surprised with this. I need it to stop me grinding my teeth. The guard is comfortable (if you mould it correctly) and it feels firm and secure on your teeth. It was super easy to use too - and if you make a mistake or aren't happy with the result, you can just put it back in boiling water to re-adust and do again.I'm so impressed. I was told by my healthcare provider that it wasn't possible for me to keep using mouthguards on the NHS as I go through them so fast - so it's such a relief to find an option that is affordable and easy to do at home.

I ordered it for my problem of bruxism, they sent me a sport guard.Yes, easy to model around your teeth, but it feels like if you have a potato in your mouth.

I use these because I grind my teeth at night (bruxisim) and they are actually more comfortable that the ones I had made by the dentist for +€200.My dentist warned me these might be bad for jaw alignment or some nonsense like that but I know now that's not an issue for me. I dont get any taste of menthol off it whatsoever but it's very comfortable. I wear them as I sleep for 6 hours or more a night and they never bother me unlike my old one.

Described as a teeth retainer for night time wear to help with grinding teeth, it was a bulky, white mouth guard that I could have bought for a couple quid in sports direct! I tried to mould it to see if it would be more comfortable but definitely won’t be able to sleep in it. Very disappointing

very wasy to use

Didn't enjoy this, didn't work at all.After a while it started to make my gums bleed, I have invested in a more expensive one which should hopefully sort the issue. Would not recommend skimping out and purchasing this!
