Easy to hold onto ( I actually knocked the phone off where i had it, not dropped technically). Sound quality was better but still had a difficult time hearing especially when outdoors. Very disappointed because case is promising but I need to be able to hear clearly and all I get is what sounds like muffled sounds. I even raised all sounds to the max.
