Great product if only cutting through a few layers of film. Try to get through more and the thick tip wants to grab. Also where do you get replacement blades.

Box cutter does not work for cardboard.
I tried to cut apart cardboard into small pieces for recycling but the head of the Pro-Tect 2000 is too wide and jams when cutting thru it. They need to engineer this a lot better and another design flaw is the cutting blade also comes out the loading end for replacement of the devices blade when cutting through the cardboard.

Safe and easy
It works great. I cut the paper bundles for my job. A lot better than using my pocket knife

DO NOT CUT WATERMELONS WITH THIS KNIFE!!
The Pro_Tect 2000 was NOT what I expected. I require something HEAVY DUTY, this knife was WEAK, THIS knife? COULD NOT CUT A WATERMELON! LIKE, AT ALL, NOT EVEN CLOSE!
