Purchase this bag for a trip in October and the bottom handle broke. It was no fault of mine or the GONEX company. I reached out to the company and their company customer service and they responded very quickly, they couldn’t have been better. The end result was they sent me a new GONEX Rolling Duffle Bag. They could have just sent me a new handle. The GONEX company stands behind their product. My husband purchased this same bag years ago and has had great success with it, that is why I purchased one as well. If you are looking for a great sturdy rolling duffle bag look no further. Very roomy inside with just the right amount of pockets for organization. Was able to fit ski gear for four people, including one pair of ski boots, without overstuffing the bag. Bag rolled very nicely through various terrain, including snow and ice. The bag also stood on its own and never fell over!! I was warned by the counter agent that it may be oversized if filled to capacity - keep it under 62" total (L+W+H) by cranking down on the straps!

I haven't had a chance to travel with this case yet, but it meets all the special requirements of the small bush planes in the African provinces where I plan to travel this summer. BUT - the feel and heft of the case is very nice considering that the weight is very minimal. I really like the extra heavy duty wheels.

This bag holds a lot of luggage items, it is compact and rolls easily. For this size I am not sure how the bag manages to pack more than other bags of the same size. It has multiple zipper pockets that are arranged in a way to store more. CONS: There is only one handle opposite the wheeled side and it is not always easy to carry a full bag. There should be a handle or strap length wise to make handling the bag easier. The seams have worked so far for airport travel, but seams are not double stitched so not sure how long or how much stress this bag can take. I will be very disappointed This is a great bag for when you need more than a weekender.

I ordered this roller duffle for my most recent trip to Grand Teton National Park (Jan 2026). I'm a landscape photographer & take at least one extended trip (2-3 weeks) each year during snow season. Due to all of the gear necessary, I check two bags for my flight (one for my clothes & one for my gear). In the past, I always shipped my custom snow shoes via UPS to the trip destination ahead of time. However, due to the ever rising shipping costs, I decided this past trip to pack this item along with my boots, tripod, etc. in my gear bag. The only problem this time was my old gear bag wasn't big enough. So, I started searching through Amazon which was very frustrating.., until I found this Gonex Rolling Duffle Bag. Unlike all of the other big bags, this one seemed to be exactly the right size with all of the features I wanted (rugged construction, recessible handle, large wheels, expandable, water-repellent, etc., etc. When it arrived, I was very impressed. Then, after doing a test packing of my gear in it, I was elated! Finally, after I took it on my trip a few weeks ago, I was so happy of the experience that I'm ordering a second Gonex duffle to replace y clothes bad for my next trip!

Overall construction seems excellent. Just got two bags so tbd after some extensive travel. The amount of zippered pockets appear to be more than ample. Location of internal / external pockets, grip handles and accessibility seems very good. Rollers and overall stability seem excellent. Rolling around the house they’re great. Once again just got the bags. Seems a bit early to be asked by Amazon to write a review.

Pretty good. I personally strongly dislike the branding and will try to cover it up som way. The strap on the back, I am assummingis there to afix this to a carry on suitcase/ checked suitcase. The strap is unusable as there is no give. You can't stretch it to attach to another rolling suitcase, a feature on. many other bags of this sort. I prefer spinner wheels, but that is not fault of the bag. DOES NOT MEET SIZE GUIDELINES FOR PERSONAL ITEM ON SPIRIT

Wanted to let all of you that are looking at Gonex Wheel Bags for a purchase what I think off this product . I purchased the 25 inch Navy Bag with wheels to transport my Soundcore Portable Speaker with when I use it . The bag is quite impressive . Good looking , well made , and has extra straps to hold the speaker in place when loaded into the bag . The wheels and zippers are high quality and my first impression I feel confident they will perform and handle what they are suppose to do .The bag should handle the 22 pound speaker without any problems . I made a living for over 30 years as a Disc-Jockey in my early years and did a lot of parties and events and charity parties to raise money . Wish I had these type of bags with wheels during those years for transporting my equipment back then . If you are in a band , a disc-jockey ,, or a music performer you might want to consider these bags to make your equipment easier to transport . You cold put a lot of equipment in the larger bag . Plus the bags will be nice to have for usage for what other people use the bags for .

Je viens juste de le recevoir, pas des plus jolis, mais bien conçu, pratique avec plein de poches, la bonne dimension pour une semaine voire plus pour qui sait voyager léger. J'ai abandonné mon vieil E...pack qui a fini par rendre l'âme, j'ai mis longtemps à me décider enfin, et je ne regrette pas ce choix. Il paraît bien solide, des fermetures éclairs costaudes. J'adore les sangles extérieures de compression. Je sens qu'il va être mon partenaire de voyage pendant un moment! Un seul bémol un peu lourd, sûrement du à la matière du sac..

Good size for a weekend or carry on bag. Well made with several good features. Lacks a handle in the middle. Good interior space, several useful pockets, good wheels. Collapses to a slightly smaller size when empty.

Ein wirklich gelungener Trolley mit 50L Fassungsvolumen für den kleinen Urlaub oder für die Montage. Hervorzuheben ist hier das dieser Trolley sich nach Gebrauch zusammen falten lässt. Er bietet genügend Stauraum. Kleines Manko ist, das er kein separates Staufach für Schuhe bietet. Diese halt in einer Tüte verstaut und fertig. Alles in allem eine klare Kaufempfehlung in punkto Funktionalität und Qualität. Sehr zu Empfehlen.
