It’s not completely weather proof
Not completely weather proof so I would only use product indoors away from any water splash areas.Saying this it is very adaptable for low voltage applications, connecters, terminations etc & can be painted or refinished as required.Happy with my purchase as I needed to extend & relocate my stair lift control cable plus change its colour to white!

Bought these boxes as they appeared to be a better quality than some of the other options on Amazon. They probably are - but that doesn't mean that they're particularly great. Would have preferred some sort of screw down cable support. Suggest looking at your local hardware store for a better alternative.

Not great and only 8 delivered
Poor quality as per other posts. Only 8 delivered not the 10 as advertised. Not a problem for me as I don't need 10 ...just saying in case you have to rely on them.

Just don't.
No strain relief for one. The entry ports are stiff and sharp, cutting into insulation. These are probably a step below using a terminal block and wrapping it well in insulating tape. At least you can build some stress loops into that. They're a pain to open and a pain to close.I've kept them as they're cheap boxes for the occasional low voltage project where I need something to put a hole in and mount a button or potentiometer. For their intended use these are absolutely not worth buying. The one I just opened didn't even have both screws in it.I went to a local supplier and got boxes fit for the job for a quid a go. I suggest you do the same.Two stars. One for being a box. Another for possibly having a use I haven't thought of yet.

Cheap rubbish in my opinion!
Very disappointed with these and have returned them. Very cheap and flimsy and no match for products like chocbox. The pictures in the description suggest a better product than the actual item. My opinion, but there are much better products for not much more money.

Not very good
If you use these alot than avoid. Very awkward to put screws in. Takes too long. Stick to chocbox or similar.
