IC3D provided me excellent customer service.

Filament contaminated
Reel did not have IC3D anywhere on it. Foreign debris in the filament. Shipped in ruptured resealable bag, not hermetically sealed bag. Reel had scratches consistent with being slid across the floor. Delivered in IC3D box without protection.IC3D has been a great product, it is evident that this roll has been tampered with.
