My wife has used the omega for both of her pregnancies, and we’ve had a fantastic experience with it. She’s taken these soft gels without any issues throughout both pregnancies, and they’ve been a great addition to her prenatal care routine. The unflavored option is a big plus, as it’s easy to swallow and doesn’t have any unpleasant aftertaste, unlike some other prenatal supplements we’ve tried. We’ve seen no side effects, and the soft gels are easy on her stomach, even during the first trimester when she was more sensitive to supplements. Overall, we are very satisfied with this product and would highly recommend it to any expecting mothers looking for a high-quality prenatal DHA supplement.

I have tried multiple prenatals that were not working for me. My biggest concern is having prenatals that don’t have that dreaded fish after taste which so many claim they don’t but in fact they do or an awful cover up smell. I bought these with little hopes since I have been through at least four different brands at this point and these are finally it!! No smell. No fish tastes. Easy for me to get down (yes they are big pills but all prenatals are) I was so amazed I wanted to cry! Pregnancy is hard enough and prenatals shouldn’t be added to that list. Finally I found ones that work for me!

Took these all through my pregnancy and had a great, healthy pregnancy. There are so many contributing factors to that but I definitely plam on using this DHA next time as well. Easy to swallow, now after taste, and a pretty decent price point.

There is no taste and they go down very easy! Very pricey, but the brand is very reputable.

A good prenatal, it was approved my by OB. The only downside I had was having to take 2 capsules but otherwise good!

They are great, It has alot of goodness in them. I take 1 capsule a day, instead of 2, because i take a multivitamin tablet with them which also includes Vitamin D %100. So i lower the dosage into half dose, both for vitamins and this. That way i get 50% vitamin D from this product and 50% vitamin D from multivitamin tablets. I also eat a healthy diet, so this dosage is enough to support me. Everybodies metabolism is different, so see how it fits for you.
