I buy the C8 version because it works best—gives me energy and great for my keto diet. I add it to my coffee. BUT PLEASE STOP CLOSING THE TOP SO TIGHT!!!! I can’t open it so I literally have to cut a hole in the top.

I can’t tell you how many MCT oil supplements I’ve tried.. there’s never been one I hated, really, but this one is most definitely the winner in terms of taste, texture, value/cost, and quality. I was hesitant because of others’ reviews on taste but it tastes amazing to me 🤷🏽‍♀️ try it out! :) I had so much energy I can’t remember the last time I had a “high” like that. And mind you, I had slept about 3hrs last night. Will be buying this brand moving forward.

The vanilla flavor is good, but the strong stevia usage ruins it. I will be looking for something different next time. Almost exactly 2 hours after each use, visit the bathroom, guess the C8 is working.

The taste is wonderful, in my coffee 1 scoop of this is enough for flavor, no cream or sweeteners needed at all!! The price is good, and quality is as good as more expensive options!! It’s a win in my opinion!!

I’ve been using the powder for months for adding extra fat and also when doing fat fasts. I do prefer powder over oil for mixing in my coffee or tea or adding it to scrambled eggs or any clean mayo base for the added fat content. However, the vanilla taste is sweeter than I would like and has the subtle flavor that reminds me of goat milk. I have to stir in a bit of cocoa brilliant brew to tone down the taste. I don’t think I’ll purchase the vanilla flavor again. It’s a great powder and dissolves well if mixed in a blender.

An excellent product. Love the flavor. But I use 1/2 of a scoop per 12 oz of coffee ☕️ I'm using the C8 for Patrick Holford's Brain Ugrade. With Omega3 DHA and a very good B complex vitamins. This increased the brains electrical activity in pre-dementia seniors by 240% it dramatically improved many people's state of dementia some as though they didn't have it at all it has seemed to out perform Alzheimer's drugs!

I have used several MCT powders and they were good but I use several other nutricost products and am happy with the brand. I tried the MCT vanilla and am hooked. You don’t need any other additional sweetener and this stuff tastes terrific. Makes my keto coffee so good, blends well and I make it first thing in the morning. I go to bed thinking about my morning coffee.

The vanilla flavor is way too strong. I like to put this powder in my morning coffee, it’s so strong I can’t drink it. I’m hoping I find a way to use, don’t want to throw away. I will continue buying because I feel it’s a great product but only the regular non flavored.

I have used lots or c8 mct oil powder and I find this the best taste of them all comparing to Brane Octane, Quest, HMVN
