It works! It helps me with thirst and it actually lower my blood sugar. I’m into my second bag now. I like the pleasant light bitterness. I sometimes add a light agave syrup for sweetness. Wanted it to help lower blood sugar & I drink lots of different teas but this one is hard to swallow. My opinion only!
