I know people complain that it didn't have alot of SF2 characters, and face some of these fighters are just weird. But, the good characters are good as any, in any SF game. When I received it in the mail, I made the shocking discovery that it was BRAND NEW, FACTORY SEALED, AND UNOPENED!!! I seriously hit the jackpot. That was just me, but anyways its a great game and a good value. It's not as jam-packed with games as "Street Fighter Alpha Anthology" but it's got "Third Strike" so that more than makes up for it. My only gripe is that playing against the CPU is unforgivingly difficult. It seriously does not pull any punches and shows no mercy even on the easiest setting. Try "Very Hard" and you'll give up the first try. With that being said, I guess it does need to be a challenge because it is for hardcore fans.
