The Remarkable Record of Job Review: In-depth study of the Book of Job that you will not regret. - This is an incredible book! Made such an impact in my life! Really put things in perspective. The book of Job is not necessarily a book to teach us of suffering and patience as much as its true purpose is to teach us of the Majesty of our Great God and Creator. We used this as a study in our small group which my husband was teaching. Only one lady in our group said she had a difficult time getting into the book but stuck with it and was so glad she did cause it had such a proufound impact. All the other members of our group likewise were similarly impacted In-depth study that you will not regret. This book can be read by an individual or used in a group setting. The reason we used it in our group was because I had read it myself and was so impressed that I just had to share its message. Wonderful book that will draw you into a deeper relationship with the one true God. Review: Intelligent & Insightful - This book is interesting, intelligent, and insightful. Dr. Morris' education comes out in a very pleasing manner, and a very understandable one. Dr. Morris does not embrace the popular view that the book of Job was written to teach us how to suffer and why God allows it. His argument is very persuasive. This became a source of conversation and debate for me and my friends. Dr. Morris pretty much goes through the book chronologically, which works well. It ended up being like a supplementary devotion for me to read it, and so interesting and exciting! It was never a burden to read. I had certainly read the book of Job before and heard some teaching on it. However, this was deeper, better, more focused and applicable. Highly recommended.

Best commentary on the book of Job.
I believe this is the most biblical and accurate framework for understanding the book of Job. Everyone comes to the text with presuppositions. This interpretation lets the text speak for itself and doesn’t read into the Bible long ages or evolution. Morris says that if the problem of suffering is the point of the book of Job, God never gives the answer. Many great pastors and theologians miss the mark here, but Morris nailed it.

Better understanding of the book of Job
The book of Job is confusing to many who have studied it. This book offers a little more understanding.

A must read!
This is a must read for any Christian. I was blown away by how much I learned about the book of Job even down to the main truth from the book. The author did an excellent job. I was compelled to go over and over each chapter to make sure I retained the truths there.

a great read to open new perspectives.
Henry Morris is/was a Creationist-strict acceptance of Biblical creation as opposed to evolution and etc. His works are always insightful and in this title, he applies the ancient book of Job as a tool to understand Creation, as well as opposing conventional views of 'why God allows suffering'. You may not agree with every thought, but it is a great read to open new perspectives...

Very enlightening
The author pointed out many things that I was aware of but also many that I wasn't. He used the Scriptures with proficiency.good historic references.

Phenomenal book!!
I will be recommending this book to many! I love his writing style and angle. Too many lean heavily on the suffering side; there is SO much scientific evidence that gets left out in that case. Loved it!

Sehr empfehlenswert. The book of Job was probably the most difficult in the Bible for me so far. But the author has illuminated it from a point of view that is surprising to me. All the questions are not answered, otherwise the author and I would be like God, but a couple of seals have been broken - a reassuring feeling. Highly recommended.

Have read Henry M Morris' Genesis Record which is excellent. This is a fairly interesting read of the Job account. Takes the view that Job was a literal person. As I do. Quick and easy read but a little dry in places.
