Do you need resistors for these lights?

I’ve been using in kits to replace originals but have used some without resistors in other projects, hope this helps, it does not state that you have to use resistors.

Does anyone know what the wavelength of the uv ones is? i'm assuming near uv (uv-a)?

Def near UV maybe 350-450 range? Looks purple to the eye, if a little less bright than all the other colors due to you eyes efficiency (lack of).
