Little Mouse On The Prairie - Great
It's a great inexpensive wireless mouse. It works great for people with small hands. I like it too and I have big hands (but some may not). The wife and the ladies at work love the pink/magenta color and print. Batteries seem to last longer than most wireless mice I've used (while only needing 1 - AA battery).I've had no complaints except when someone still was using a mouse pad from the early 1990s (very slight exaggeration). That particular mouse pad made the mouse move quicker in left to right than up to down. It was maddening. It was tough to convince them to give up their "prized" mouse pad but once convinced, the mouse worked great. Oddly, that was the only surface related issue I've run into with this mouse.I've bought more than 10 of these over time and look for them when on sale somewhere. I did receive one defective unit NOT FROM AMAZON. The little receiver was defective. I followed up through Logitech for the replacement and got a new one. I'm sure if I had bought that one from Amazon, it would've been resolved much more quickly though. Just sayin.

Great little mouse!
I've been using a Microsoft Trackball Optical mouse for AGES now, and it's served me well, but when I got a new laptop that was going to be moving about from room-to-room in the house, I wanted a smaller mouse to make the transition with. I have to admit ... I initially liked this one because it was purple, but also appreciated the good reviews. I've only used it for a little more than a month now, so I can't speak for the battery life, aside from the fact that it's still kickin' (I do usually turn the mouse off when not in use, too). It works very well on a multitude of surfaces: my leg, various desks and tables, the couch, the bed, the kitchen counter. I have small-to-medium hands, and it fits nicely in my hand. It actually took a bit of getting used to, since it was so much smaller than the mouse I've always used, but now it feels weird to go back to the big clunky one! If you have really big hands, it may feel too small, but of course YMMV.

making it a good companion for a laptop
This mouse is smaller than expected, making it a good companion for a laptop. The pattern on it is attractive and brighter in color than the picture suggests. The white coordinates well with my old MacBook. The small USB receiver is convenient because its low profile means you don't have to remove it when you pack up the laptop. The only negative is that the gliding pads on the bottom of this mouse don't move as smoothly as the ones on the previous two Logitech mice I've used. I'm concerned that they will scratch the wooden lap desk I use. It's a shame I'll have to use a mousepad with mouse when I didn't need one for the mouse it replaced. I would recommend it for use with a laptop.

Would buy it again, nice mouse!
Nice mouse for $13. My daughter got a laptop for Christmas and we bought her a mouse to make it easier to use. This mouse is a great size and works well on every surface she has used it on. Just plug it in and start using it. The receiver is very small and barely noticeable when plugged in to a USB port. It doesn't stick out far enough to where it should be a problem getting hung on something or breaking. It seems to be very good quality. I shouldn't forget to note she loves the unique design. Would buy again.

Easy to use, easy to install.
My only problem with it, is having to always open the battery cover to store the usb transmitter whenever I am traveling.Other than that, everything is great. Cute, lightweight, and easy to use. Had no problems with installation on my laptop running windows 8. There's also a small light that lets you know when it is actively 'on'. Sometime I forget to switch it off, but if I accidently nudge it a little bit, the light catches my eye and I switch it off then. It also does have a 'sleep' feature for battery saving in case you aren't the type to ever switch your mouse off.

Great mouse, but different and not great an Unifying my peripherals.
Logitech makes great peripherals, but I was less-then-impressed with the Unifying feature that this mouse had. Although it did function, there was a noticeable reduction in how far the signal would work when connected to multiple devices. That said, the mouse worked fine on it's own, but it was just too different from my M305, that even after trying to fine-tune my movement sensitivity I ended up going back to my M305 because it just wasn't the same for my gaming habits. My wife still happily uses it with her Mac though.

Has a Very smooth scroll
This version scrolls so nicely that sometimes I feel as though I must've missed a page or two because it simply glides while the rest of my mice have made you feel every scroll. I love the tilt clicking middle mouse button that acts as a forward/back button for browsing the internet. I'm also not used to having such comfort while holding the mouse (if you don't like smaller mice, this won't matter) but there's more material on the sides of the mouse, in my case it's the purple strips, that let you rest your hand confortbale instead of holding on to the plastic.

Cute and works well, but it's a destroyer of batteries
Short and sweet review: Pros: It's super cute and sleek. Not as bulky as my old mouse, so it's definitely easier on my hands. It scrolls beautifully across my screen and has fairly good precision, which I need for editing photos. Cons? It's a battery eater! It just can't seem to get enough! I go through a battery a week with it, and it just dies without warning. Sometimes, even when the battery isn't dead, it just seems to fall asleep on me. Yes, I've checked my system settings, nothing is enabled that would cause this. Still, it's incredibly pretty and overall an upgrade from my old clunky mouse!
