    Works for leg exercises

They roll up sometimes, but are usually good about staying straight. I like them for leg exercises. They’re good for exercises that need more range of motion than a cloth band allows, or for working up to a stronger cloth band.

These bands work fine if you are doing basic movements. I would not recommend for leg workouts as they move alot and slip. I use them for arm movements, when they are in direct contact of the skin it does not slip as much.
