It came quickly and was packaged very well. I bought this one for my friend as he is living alone and this is one of the best gift for him. Its affordable and makes good coffee for a single person. It is simple to use and works nicely. Cleaning is easy and the black color is perfect for me. I love that it is compatible to his k-cups. He loves to make Starbucks drinks from his home whenever I visit him. One feature he said he like is that he empty the reservoir each time he brew. The coffee grounds insert comes with the appliance as does the K-cup insert. So, he can not say enough good things about this produce.
