It isn't. Walking any significant distance with this wheel bag is an unpleasant experience.The single handle is thin and it resides on only one side of the opening. An additional handle positioned near the center would be a huge improvement. Wider, padded double handles would help greatly. It's difficult to carry this bag without scuffing its bottom along the pavement. The thin handle aggravates so you need to change hand position frequently.For taking a wheel in your car or pickup, this bag is fine. It's sturdy. It's fairly heavy even when empty.All said, the M-Wave bag is great for the price. I have no worries about scuffs or damage to the fabric. It's plenty roomy for my purpose -- something I was concerned about. Possibly too roomy for some wheels.I was able to fit my 700C rear wheel with its 40mm inflated tire. In addition, I packed a couple of tires alongside, one on each side (700Cx25mm wire-beaded clinchers). These aren’t as burly as the super tough and padded bags that SRAM used to make, but they have held up well over two seasons of heavy use. They hold inflated 2.3x29 wheels fairly easily…we occasionally partially deflate 2.6x29 wheelsets just to make things easier on ourselves.Wouldn’t mind a bit thicker material and padding or burlier handles and zippers, but our wheels haven’t had any damage or issues using these bags and the bags have held up just fine. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Value, wish it had dual handles *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on December 18, 2012* These wheel bags are a great value. They have a thin layer (thinner than 1/4", but thicker than a sheet of vinyl/canvas) of padding. It's not the super thick padding that you would get with an expensive wheelbag, but for this price, most wheelbags have no padding whatsoever.You can only fit one wheel in each bag. I can fit my Firecrest Tubular in with it with an inflated tire without any issues. I don't have to take the skewer out either. The bag has a small storage pocket at the top that you could put a trainer skewer in.My one complaint is that the carrying handle is only on one side of the zipper opening. So, if you were to put a wheel in it, you would have to zip it closed to carry it.
