It's a very well designed product. For tracing it is great. Actually the intent I got it for was for viewing old slides before I scan them as my old light box died. Last time I used it was about 20 years ago and the slides are about 30 years and older. There was a problem with this use as there is a dot pattern when placing the slides directly on the light box bed, however it is no problem with tracing. But I found a very simple work around. I just placed one of the sheets of tracing paper provided with the box on the bed, and walla! Problem fixed. Works great!

It's bright and works well however you may want to invest in a portable battery that has suction cups on it or some means to attach to a smooth surface and stay cause it doesn't have its own power source.

I just started to learn rock carving. This light pad makes it easy to trace designs for the stones I am using.Lightweight and was a great price!

It's a great product and works just as expected. Great value for $. If I had one complaint, it would be that the cord that the USB mini plugs into is a bit too short.

Its light weight & bright. It works for what I use it for, which is embroidery patterns. I wish it could be charged up, then wireless. But you have to keep it plugged in, which means it's not really portable. The on & off switch works like its suppose to.......but it will also come on if you touch anywhere on the side panel where the switch is. That's quite annoying. If it could be made chargeable & not so touchy.......that would be awesome!

Way better than expected!!! I saw the prices for other light boxes and was totally put off. Then I found this one and after reading the reviews decided to give it a try. It far exceeds my expectations! The lowest light setting is great, the mid setting is optimal, and if my eye sight was going I would probably love the bright setting. Just as a heads up, you will need a USB charging block... it only comes with the USB cord, but if you are like our family, you probably have an extra 2 or 10 laying around!

It’s nice and works great. I just wish it worked for weeding vinyl- I was hoping it would be more like the cricut bright pad but I have a harder time weeding using. While it is great for diamond dot projects, just personally not for weeding vinyl or HTV.
