Mmmm. I had order one afew months ago and woked fine. This newones i order DO NOT not shure but the spring does not do it's job and they even sound wimpy.

Word product eve. Does not remove facial hair. It pulls the hairs but it doesn’t remove it. I did my mustache area around 100 times and I still have a lot of hair. It does not work. I can not believe Amazon is selling this trash. It should be remove . I want to return it but it will probably cost me more to return it

This left my whole face covered in bumps.It was also extremely painful, and took almost and entire day to do my face.

Absolutely useless if only sending it back wasn’t such a hassle, they landed in the trash the same day
