Gasket does not seal Carburetor
Do Not Buy Mostly bought this kit for replacement gaskets when I was doing a carb cleaning. The gaskets do not fit like the OEM so when it was re assembled fuel was leaking around the seals. I replaced with the old gaskets and reassembled no issues. I should have just paid the extra for the real Tohatsu parts

Leaked really badly.
Used this to rebuild a 2006 Nissan 9.8 (Tohatsu) 4 stroke. Parts looked the same and in general "fit". Once back together and running it leaked really badly. I had fuel pooling inside the case. Ended up taking the carb apart and putting the old needle and float bowl gasket back to stop the leaks. Really wish I had taken the carb apart and cleaned it without the kit. Not a single part was necessary for the job. Like many I wanted to have "new" parts to be extra sure it was as good a job as I could do. Ended up adding extra work and cost me more. Anyway, thats my experience.

parts didn't fit my carb
The float bowl gasket didn't fit, (you can see the difference if you look at picture side by side) the float is a universal adjustable float (the OE is pre fit) with no float gauge and no instructions for how to adjust. The needle valve won't work with the OE float, although it will fit the hole and flood the engine upon start up. The side cover gasket DID fit and the o'ring for the main jet fit. So I ordered the right kit from Tohatsu. The replacement kit actually has Tohatsu's part number for the kit on the package. It shouldn't. The Tohatsu part is more than double the price, but the replacement was mostly worthless.
