Great product! I began to fell more energized and had less joint aches after only a couple days. A serving consist of 6 tablets, but you can get by on half a dose if you are not one a strict regime. As it is best to do stacks with the highest quality ingredients at specific time intervals, the mass majority of multivitamins end up passing through the body with only around 10% of the total dosage getting absorbed. This is why the bottle shows 1000%, etc., of the daily value. These are good numbers for the numerous vitamins in this product. If you want higher quality, I am afraid that the best route is to purchase these vitamins individually and find a dosage that is best for you. I am very satisfied with the product, not to mention the price, as you get a multivitamin, joint supplement, digestion supplement, and immune supplement in one bottle.Please note that if you have an allergy to shellfish or a certain seafoods, take caution as the bottle specifically says that it contains: Fish (Tilapia), Shellfish (shrimp, crab, and/or lobster). However, in MY CASE, since there are no proteins from seafood present in this product, it does not trigger an allergic reaction although I am allergic to seafood. Allergies are very complex and you should not use my case in order to justify that it will be safe for you. If you want to try it, take 1/4 of one pill and see how it feels (have Benadryl close by).

Very good value and these things are packed with high quality nutrients. They are a little hard to swallow, as you a required to choke down 6 pills. I do opt to take 4 instead due to the vitamin levels and I only weigh 150 lbs. I love the fact they have probiotics in them and everything else I need to keep my performance high in the gym. Smell and taste is a little pungent but I'm not chewing them so it's fine.

I heard and read a lot of positive reviews and feedback on Orange Triad leading up to my first purchase of a bottle of it last August. Mainly the vitamin aspect, but read a lot of mixed feedback on the joint aspect of it mostly from people of the bodybuilding world who hadn't tried it and I never understood why someone would put down a product that they have never even tried; I can say first hand that this multivitamin works great as I felt complete and energized. The joint formula is awesome, as my elbow started to give me trouble after I stopped my regular joint supplementation, but after 7-9 days of using Orange Triad my elbow was feeling great and I could lift heavy again without any pain at all, which was awesome, and I felt my range of motion was better on Orange Triad than any other joint supplement I have ever used. I started out dosing it 3/3 but went to 2/2/2 which I like alot better. In my opinion, the pills aren't big at all, as I have had A LOT bigger and they are coated very well and go down with ease, nor do they have an odor or taste at all. I am very impressed with this multi/joint supplement and will be more then happy to recommend it to others and I will for sure be using more of this from now on. I'm now on my fourth bottle since September.Price = 10 as you get WAY more then just your average multi (multi/joint support/digestion/immune all in one) for less then $30 for a 45 day supply.Quality = 10 as this multi uses high grade forms of vits/min and is manufactured in a GMP for Sport certified facility.Ease of use = 10 as there is no odor or taste and the pills are very easy to swallow.Orange Triad = Win Win!!! Great multivitamin with multiple benefits. I have been using this product for about 90 days. Overall I am very pleased with the results, but wish my joints felt a little bit better. I have taken joint support in the past, but it's never helped my joints as much as I would have hoped. The forms the vitamins and minerals are in are the best forms. I also like how a lot of them are not mega dosed (i.e. Vit E, Selenium, etc). This takes into account you get those in your diet, which you most likely do.I also enjoy the immune & digestion complex of this product. I wish they included probiotics instead of the immune portion, or tossed in immune atleast. Ultimately, I did not see a big difference between my old multi and I will be switching back due to $$$ reasons (Muscle Pharm Armor V).
