Luckily I don't have the same fish burps when taking these. I've been taking these and the controlled labs fish oil for several months now and I'm definitely impressed with the results. It's Solid. *by N***L on March 3, 2015* I've been taking these now for 3 years or so... when they used to be the OMG cancer causing ORANGE pills!!..lol I like these. They are a very good vitamin for guys. I used to take the recommended dosage and honestly I felt that was a bit much taking 6 pills a day. Obviously one has to know their body and know what works and what doesn't work. IF you are eating a pretty much balanced diet and you are training, then taking 6 pills a day might be a bit much. I found it to be too much for me honestly because I am eating right, an hitting my macros, and using this to fill in the small gaps. I take one during breakfast, one during lunch, and one during dinner. Found this to work best with my system. In the beginning I did take 6 pills, probably for the first year honestly. Pee was ALWAYS neon yellow...lol But I like what I am doing now. Each bottle last me 90 days instead of only 45, which is a lot nicer to me. Again, do what you feel works for your body, but I've never had any bad experience taking these. No headache like some people complain about, no dizziness...etc. Besides this and fish oil it's one of the few things I actually think is beneficial. I do like that they took the dye out of it. I think anything that doesn't need the dye in it shouldn't have it. That's common sense... why have something that isn't needed, take it out and keep it simple.
