This movie is very disturbing. It is a horrible true story of evil and at the same time it is also a story of the triumph of love, goodness and the human spirit. It is a case example of how systemized abuse can break down a human mind, both in the example of the wife who is complicit in her husband's crimes and in the case of the captive victim, Colleen, who learns to actually cooperate with her captivity. We must always be vigilant against those who attempt any attack on our rights or upon our logic. Violent abusers and tyrants want to deny you the ability to know, to think and to choose. They want you to fear and obey. You should do neither for them, ever. Easier said then done....but it's easier done as a society than as individuals against gangs of criminals.

I did enjoy watching this True Story Lifetime Movie. Even though it leaves many more sick details out, you get the big picture of what she went through! There is an original documentary that was done on this story if you want to know even more sick details that was left out of this movie! Lesson learned....Never hitchhike and always remember there is really, extremely, sick people in this world!

I was afraid this would be a low budget cheesy movie but surprisingly it was good and kept my attention throughout the entire movie.I am not sure I could have endured what she did and it helped me to understand why a captive won't run away from their captors.

This movie is so creepy. Its not based on a real story, but the fact that this is something that could happen is terrifying! It left me wanting to know more about the other girls he potentially killed.

Great reenactment of one of the most evil crimes ever committed against a human being. The fact that she survived is just amazing...wish I could give her a big hug.

I had to buy this after watching this a few years ago on lifetime. This is such a great movie. It keeps you on the edge of your seat. It’s a sad movie.

They say this is a true story I find it very hard to believe somebody is this stupid to let someone else put them in a box for this long but it is a good movie

I liked movie but I wish there was more details.

Being a true story you could see how see was tricked to believe them and so there hold on her was made stronger by sining the slave contract.
