When there is low humidity, I get very bad headaches when my nose becomes very dry. The product description is correct in that saline solution seems to dry my nose even more. It provides a moment of relief and that is all. This nasal spray does burn only the first couple of times after not using it while the air is dry. The burning sensation does subside for me after a few uses. The relief from headaches is immense. It travels with me, and it's at my desk. I am happy to have found this, based on my doctors recommendation.

I heard about this spray on a Christian radio station so I tried it. It sure helps with my sinus issues and my husband’s.

I’ve been using this product for years as a natural nasal spray instead of a neti pot. Very convenient for traveling. This is the first time I’ve purchased from Amazon and did so because of the 2 pack.

Update. I have been using this spray, Xlear Rescue, as needed for when I am starting to get an earache. Sometimes it does burn a bit but not too terrible. In a few hours my ear feels a lot better! I have used this quite a few times for this and I am happy I bought it. The ingredients are all natural too. Which is a big plus! I use it to make sure there is no infection going on and it does work really well for me.

They don't sell this type of Xlear in the drugstores or anywhere else where I live. Regular Xlear works well and better than just saline spray (at least in my experience using it sometimes for allergies - seems to prevent the allergens from adhering to sinus cavities). But I had a persistent sinus infection and could not get rid of it (this is the first time this has happened to me). Antibiotics are dangerous for me due to other health issues, so I have to avoid them unless something is extremely serious. I tried using this stuff with the antimicrobial essential oils (herbs) and it FINALLY cleared my sinus infection that I had had for 9 months! I used this spray every 2-4 hours during the day, 1-2 squirts per nostril. After three days, I noticed very significant improvement. It is a little annoying bc it burns. But a tiny bit of very, very brief pain is worth it since it works to combat the infection. I know that you usually have to keep using antimicrobial stuff even after you feel better if you want it to work, so I kept using it regularly for two weeks. Feeling a lot better even after only a day and a half helped motivate me to continue using it for 2 weeks to make sure to clear the infection. It's not painless (although very minor) and you probably have to use it quite regularly for a while if you want it to fully work, but totally worth it!
