Not the best
I use the protein powder, so decided to try their creatine. I wasn’t a fan and pretty expensive for such a small amount. I ended up teying a different one, which is much better.

Good product
I have not been working out as much therefore, I am not sure how well it helps with recovery. I will give it a few months and start putting in some hours at the gym so I can see if it actually works.
