I'm sure they work great for exercise and stuff too but we all know why we're buying these and I promise they work phenomenally

These are ok for my wife and I as ankle straps, for exercising or any other use you can think of regarding the ankles. As far as wrist cuffs go, it’s harder to manage as the “fuzzy” Velcro straps run out of the “tiny hooks” part, to adhere to, so a lot of the excess strap sticks out. It shows in the 1st photo how much of the strap sticks out on me (and it’s worse on my 5’2” wife). I personally feel it presents a hazard for exercising, as the loose/excess strap can catch and tear the cuff off your wrist when under stress/load. Also, there is very little padding. Very thin (also shown in 2nd photo).

So I love these! I use them for other physical activities.... And they tie together with rope very easily and you can't slip out. Very sturdy!

These are very well made and comfortable. There is a large range of sizes that they can adjust to. Definitely worth the price.
