This paper gives ink lines a crisp look and is sturdy enough to take the pencil and eraser work you have to do. It responds well to a light touch so you can get very nice gradients out of it even with your standard number 2 school pencils. Quality finished art pieces are many times more about the paper and skill than the tool. Put more money in the paper than the tool if you have to choose.
