Garcinia Cambogia is currently a hot weight loss supplement. I can't say I've noticed much of a difference when taking it though. You can't use these and expect to lose weight while changing nothing else. The packaging even states that a low-calorie diet is required to see results. Regular exercise should be added to that too. I can do those things without taking these easy to swallow pills. Where they do have some impact is that I feel a bit more energy when taking them and don't get as many cravings for bad-for-you snacks during the day. My doctor prescribed these pills for me years ago and they work well. As I have just started with another weight loss supplement, I will hold these aside until the others are finished.
