It looks good and appears to be just what I need. However, I have not used it yet because all the vga jacks are 15 point male vga. All of my monitor cables are 15 point vga. Im not a computer geek, so maybe I am wrong, but this seems a little odd to build a KVM switch ths way. I would not be bringing this up if I could find gender changes in Radio Shack or a local store....I had to order them on line....therefore I still can rate the performance of the switch. A VGA extension cable is male at one end and female at the other, so that would work instead of a standard cable plus gender changer.
