I use this cleanser as it has salicylic acid which gently exfoliates and cleans deep into pores. My pores appear much smaller and my face is smoother. It is formulated for normal to dry skin which is perfect for me

This initially worked very well to smooth my skin and keep it soft. However, after a couple of weeks of daily use, my skin began to get dry and a little sore so I had to discontinue. I only use it once a week now and purely as an exfoliant. The concentration of salicylic acid must be stronger than I thought, making it unsuitable for daily use. People with stronger, oilier skin might get away with it but on fair, combination skin like mine it can cause dryness and sensitivity. I wish I hadn’t bought such a big bottle! Also, another thing to bear in mind is not to go using other salicylic acid products alongside this one, as this will surely cause the bad reactions some reviewers are experiencing. So to sum up… a good effective product that does what it says but remember to be cautious about how often you use it and particularly pay attention to how you combine it with other products (creams, lotions etc) that also contain salicylic acid. I have medical training so know a bit about how using several products can increase an undesirable strength of active ingredients. Often we put far too much on our skin which defeats the purpose. Excellent product

I use this following an oil-based cleanser each morning. My skin has, over the weeks I’ve been using it, gone from textured and feeling gritty, to smooth and beautiful. I love it. It’s also quite gentle compared to a high end Salicylic Acid product I’ve used.

To be honest, It worked at first few washes and after that I don’t see much difference. Also I have sensitive skin and I feel bit red irritation on my skin after applying it.

Doordat het is gaan lekken is het product heel smerig aangekomen; het zat onder de gel. Niet heel hygiënisch. Bovendien, is er dus veel product verloren gegaan. Zonde! Ik bestel hier niet meer.

Ist auch für meine empfindliche Haut gut geeignet. Nur bei den Augen muss man vorsichtig sein - gelangt etwas Produkt in die Augen brennt es leicht. Meine Haut sieht seit der Verwendung klarer und strahlender aus

Je lui suis fidèle alors que ce n'est vraiment pas le cas habituellement. Je le couple avec la crème de la même gamme ; ma peau est douce, et j'ai peut être moins d'imperfections. Il laisse la peau légèrement sèche, c'est le seul point négatif que je lui trouve.

I noticed that my skin is getting irritated from using this product three times a week. I'm feeling overwhelmed and not sure how to address this. I'm starting to feel depressed and maybe this product just isn't suited for my skin.😭
