How much should I dilute it?

Our non toxic carpet shampoo is powerful even in small amounts. For light cleaning dilute 1fl oz with 1 gallon of water, for new stains use 3 fl oz with 1 gallon of water, and for old set-in stains use 6fl oz with 1 gallon of water.
