I filled the concentrate reservoir in my shampooer and proceeded to shampoo a room, only to realize after doing the entire room that the reservoir was NOT releasing the concentrate into the main water tank. I didn't think much at the time bc even after a pre-vac, I was still getting up dirt. Today I redid the carpet but mixed the concentrate right in with the water(you have both options with this product as stated on the label). And WOW, what a difference! Not only the light fresh scent but all the gunk picked up. And this is in a house that's vacuumed thoroughly every week. I'm very impressed and money well spent.

I have a stubborn husky and two boys. We’re preparing to move out of state. This stuff did what the professionals couldn’t do. Stains up, smells out. My house smells amazing and the carpets look brand new. Couldn’t be happier. Nothing worked. This is a miracle worker. Just ordered another bottle to take with us.

I bought this for my rugs at home and in storage. There was no leakage during transit which gave me good hopes. The color of the liquid has a very faint yellow tone but we are supposed to use very little product since it goes a very long way. The quality of this product is excellent since I watched it lift dirt, making it easy to use per instructions on the bottle and the cleaning unit you use. The smell was extremely fresh and I appreciated it. I wound recommend using very little product to avoid high foaming in your shampooer. The high foam production will make you have to empty your recapture tank often and if you don’t have a large tank, this could become frustrating.It was my first time using this product and I’m happy I came across it. I want to thank the other reviewers that shared their experiences. My pups were curious about the meadow scent and it wasn’t so strong to offend delicate noses. I think it has been a great buy and would purchase again when needed.Try it. And follow all instructions for the best results. The black square is where it worked with my small shampooer. See the difference in how it cleaned up the dirt compared to the other areas and made it smell fresh. Great product.

This is some good stuff. I used this as a second treatment while cleaning my couch. It got even more dirt off then other product I used first. What is nice you can either water it down or use full strength. I used just in a spray bottle. It has little to no scent. I can't imagie all gunk this stuff can get out of my rug.

Excellent product. The fragrance is very nice. Works extremely good on all types of pet stains. Very easy to use and dilute. The product works great in a spray bottle. I ordered the refill. It keeps oders away! I've used it for years!!

I don’t have a lot of experience with carpet cleaners, but this seems to work ok & the smell is good, but strong! (I could have mixed to much with my carpet cleaner).So, the smell is a “fresh” type smell, but! It reminds me of something I would smell in a house or establishment full of animals, not that it’s bad, but that’s what it reminds me of. Not something I would want as a “spring cleaning” type smell or an ongoing scent. Seems to clean ok, my carpet was not in that of bad shape when trying this out in my room.With that being said, would I want this as a permanent carpet cleaner? Not really. Would I use this if I had a bunch of animals that I needed to clean my carpets after? Probably so, being it seems like it would take the smell away.

This stuff is AMAZING. I was not expecting it to work as great as it did. Our carpets were stained from previous owners (red hair dye, wall paint stains, and god knows what else) we had a professional cleaner come in after move out and it barely made a difference. Fast forward three years later, carpets are still the same, tried this product as a Hail Mary from other reviews and after two applications ALL of our stains are 90% gone. I wish I’d taken before and after pics because even my family was shocked at how well it worked!For reference, we did 50/50 (solution and hot water) in a rental carpet cleaner for first application, let 100% solution set for 1-2 hours in harder spots, brushed it in with a toothbrush, then did 10% solution and hot water for second treatment. Carpets look almost new and smell amazing

Great product! Fresh smell and cleans great! I didn’t realize my 10x12 rug was so dirty! Cleaned so well, looks new again! (I used it with my upright Hoover carpet and Upholstery cleaner.)
