I have had this for over a year. It has seen heavy use and still looks like new. It's not waterproof, but can withstand a drizzle. Definitely worth the purchase. As of this review, it went up in price $2-$3, but considering its good construction, it's still 5 stars

It is lightweight, and enough space for all my files and paperwork. It is also waterproof. Got caught in the rain and it was completely dry inside.
