Star Wars Power of the Force Beast Pack Dewback & Sandtrooper Action Figures

Just received this toy, for my nephew's birthday. It came in excellent condition and at a relatively cheap price. Also got another "sandtrooper" seperately. He says he'll set them up with his other figures, and create a kind of diorama called "Tatooine Patrol." Anyway, he loves it and my stock as his favorite uncle just went up.

My son loves this Dewback and it's made of hard plastic so it doesn't fall apart. Arms and legs are adjustable, plus you get a Sandtrooper!

This dewback (the creature) is very sturdy and nicely detailed. It really does not bother me that the head is large, indeed I in the original movie it was just like that. I would have given five stars if it was just the creature.* Legs move forward and back* Tail moves sideways and when it does, it raises the head and opens its mouth, quite a nice detail.This dewback comes with a stormtrooper that is really ugly, not movie accurate at all. This is why it has one less star.It comes with a backpack, a rifle that you attach to the backpack, and a spear. It was poorly designed as it has problems to grab the spear, and also it can't seat properly on the creature. As I tried to sit it, the action figure fell th the floor and the rifle attached to the backpack was broken in three pieces, as probably the action figure fell in such a way that it revealed the failure in design. The points of fracture were the pin that is used to attach the rifle to the backpack and the rear part of the rifle.Poor design led to such damage just after it was out of the box. This is why it has another less star, making it a 3 star product.However this design flaw did not become frustration as I had the most recent Vintage Sandtrooper that comes with a flying droid and orange cover over the shoulder and he fits perfectly. The sandtrooper that came with it is somewhere in a closet, to scare kids in halloween (too ugly for my taste).So you have a beautiful reptile creature with an ugly action figure that is completely disposable, let alone fragile and unfit for the creature.
