What the difference between the Nemesis verses the Power Plus model?

I only have the Nemesis model. But I don't think the Power Plus has any contour. (cup shape). I think the cup shape is very important, helping to push more water with each stroke. I returned an off-brand paddle because it was flat. The water slides away sideways from the flat paddles. Get the Nemesis.

Are instructions included ?//

No instructions are included. Just strap them your hand and swim! It is helpful to enter your hand with thumb and index finger first to eliminate drag. start off slow and limit your time to avoid strain on muscles. This from an old guy, (73) perhaps if you are younger you can go longer.
