First product was defective but seller quickly shipped a replacement that works great. Would buy from them again.

I installed this system in our new outdoor shower. Very easy to connect and setup.Contains a rain head shower with hand wand and foot bath.We have two dogs that come from the beach full of sand and along with us need to be rinsed off.This system has all the avenues to get everyone clean!Their customer is great and very helpful. Had a seal break and company replaced very fast.Would recommend this for your outdoor shower.

They are very responsive and sent out a new unit immediately when the first one cracked in extreme temperature and frozen water.

I LOVE and use my outdoor shower. If you already have the plumbing, the installation is relatively easy. Note - you cannot leave this shower outside any time the temperatures dropped below freezing. Even if you try draining all the water and leaving the valves open it is best to uninstall and store indoors for the winter. I did have To contact customer service which I did through the website. They did stand by their product and sent me a few replacement parts. Everything is working fine now.

I have owned this unit for five months and used it regularly as an outdoor shower. I was excited when I unboxed and installed this unit. Great array of usage across the three options (shower, handheld, faucet), and beautiful out of the box. Also more than ample water pressure.Within two weeks the finish starter to wear off and soon became cloudy white. Still worked fine. No problem.As fall approached the valve that allows you to select one of the three outputs began to stick and not catch properly. I’d have to over dial the valve so that it would catch and click to the next desired output. Still worked fine.As temps hit low forties and high thirties, the plastic inner components couldn’t keep up. I drained the unit after each use. Left the handle in the open position and disconnected the hoses from the back of the unit. The plastic inner components seemed to have contracted in the cold and not go back to original size/shape. After one night in the low thirties (below freezing), the entire unit failed. The pipe from the ON valve to the shower separated at the seam. The plastic valve seems to have contracted and expanded even more, and did not go back to shape, and the small circular handle for the ON/OFF handle was stripped.I have contacted the company about these issues. They are incredibly responsive and polite, but not understanding of the situation. I’m chalking some of that up to a language barrier, as this company is out of China. There is no understanding of the situation, and preliminarily only a willingness to replace parts. The entire unit is unusable at this point and I didn’t buy the unit to have to piece it back together.Bottom line: this is not an outdoor unit and I would seriously question its longevity as an indoor unit as well. All inner components are plastic and not industrial quality plastic in my review. To be fair, I’m not sure you can find a properly built pre-assembled unit for continual outdoor use. You’d have to build one yourself with either PVC or copper. Having to drain and disconnect the unit after each use is understandable. But the fact that this unit is simply not able to handle the elements without any water in the system is highly questionable to me. We live in NC, not the north or Midwest, mind you.I’d love to try again to give it a fair chance, but I do think the amount of babying that would be necessary to keep it in a usable condition would defeat the purpose of having a low-maintenance outdoor shower in the first place. Then again, after much research I haven’t seen a unit of any superior quality. We may sadly be in an era where will be expected to spend $170 each and every season to have a camping experience.

We had this shower for 11 month and it broke internally after that time. With the great customer service , we quickly revived a free replacement. It works great and looks great for an outdoor shower.

I had this installed outside in summer of 2021. It has gotten a ton of use and has held up nicely to all the kids and dog bathing. We did attempt to winterize it in our North Georgia climate and it appears as though the tube (as seen in other reviews) may not drain completely if you are not careful. Ours busted out of the end. I contacted the company with my Amazon purchase information and they quickly sent a replacement part. We easily replaced it ourselves but had to remember to get the gaskets from the original piece so it would not leak. The company then followed up later to make sure that all issues were resolved. It is a lovely outdoor shower with three options for use. Very sturdy and well built. I highly recommend. Thank you!
