I found power banks very useful especially if it’s fast and reliable. I use it for my holiday, on public transports and charging whilst recording. This one is much lighter as well as slimmer than previous ones I bought. I purchased this model for price and battery capacity and I can say that it does its job well and hold quite a few charges. The charging is a good speed both to charges itself and charges other devices. It’s a simple portable device and effective.

Used to partially charge iPhone and GPS device once - All seemed OK. Still showed as having full charge (4 lights)Came to use it today and unit was completely dead. Manual says if in error putting it on charge can reset it. Tried this but still dead. When power switched off the unit shows 4 lights permanently but these go off when connected to a product to charge it and doesn’t charge - definitely dead.Went to Amazon return and no option to return for exchange under the 2 yr warranty? So selected refund and confirmed the return - Only then do Amazon tell you it can’t be returned via a postal carrier BUT not give you a carrier option like a Dropbox or pickup? So now have to find a carrier at a cost that is unlikely to be covered fully by Amazon - Not happy!

I bought it for my holiday. I charged it once and it was enough for 4 days. But now it doesn't work at all. I see white lit as it's low of charge, I charge it for 20 hours and when I connect it with my phone it's connecting and disconnecting each second. Too expensive just for 4 days and looks dangerous to use it with expensive phones. I wasn't expect something like that and threw away the box but I'm happy to send it for seller as a present!

The item has died after just over 2 months of non-excessive usage. We only used it when we traveled and we don't really travel that much.Came here to check either warranty or refund options, as the description says "Each of our item comes with a 24-month warranty and 90 days full refund.". The problem is, it's a lie. There's no option to return the item.The price is attractive, but in the end, it's a waste of money.

Bought for my daughter who was going camping and we were unsure when she would be able to charge her phone. It was important that she had access to her phone for emergencies so I wanted to get her a power bank that was top of the range and efficient - we weren’t disappointed. She has managed to go away for 7 nights and charge her phone and iPad as needed on one full charge of the bank. It also looks great and is small and light weight. She even called me whilst away and asked me to order another for her friend as he liked it so much. This is far superior to the one that I have for myself and much more stylish. Very pleased with my purchase and would recommend to others.

Very happy with this power bank, I got quite a few of them, for all family members, but this one is my favourite one. After the third charge the 4 indicators flashed and packed up altogether. Been no good since it took two days to charge up the second time and as it was going to be as expensive to return and package up I tried to continue to use it. But after last day long charge that’s it dead.

This thing worked for one charge cycle and gave up !! I'm trying to claim from Aamazon but its hopeless there is no access to get broken kit replaced or your money back....unless I've missed it ! Anyway don't buy this thing its hopeless.
