Sandalwood Soap That Transcends Shaving
Having tried everything from Proraso to Taylor of Old Bond Street over the years, I can honestly say Parker’s Sandalwood & Shea Butter Shaving Soap outshines them all. As an Indian who grew up with the rich scent of sandalwood, I have high standards – and this soap delivers in spades. The moment you whip it up, you get that warm, woody sandalwood aroma that takes me right back to traditional sandalwood soaps from home. It’s a natural, creamy scent and it lingers just the right amount after the shave. Every morning, the bathroom fills with a gentle sandalwood fragrance that feels both soothing and luxurious, making my shave a calming ritual.Performance-wise, Parker’s has been top-notch. The lather is thick, slick, and cushiony – genuinely on par with the best British creams I own, if not better. With my Parker Arctic Blue Tuxedo knot brush and Omega boar brush, it loads quickly and explodes into a rich foam that gives superb glide. Thanks to the shea butter, my skin feels moisturized and calm after each shave (no irritation, even on my sensitive neck). Parker’s sandalwood also beats the others in what matters most to me: scent. Unlike the mild sandalwood hint in Proraso or the perfumed vibe of TOBS, here I get a full-bodied but smooth sandalwood experience that just elevates the whole shave. If you love sandalwood or simply want a great shaving soap, give this one a try. It brings a little Indian grooming heritage into your routine, and for me, it’s become an absolute go-to. Five stars, without a doubt!

Get me a larger box please!!
Great shaving soap. On par with the best international soaps. I was a fan of Mitchell’s Wool fat and this one possibly has me converted. It’s a little pricy but I would still buy it. If they make a 100gm puck for around 900 bucks, that would be the sweet spot. It’s difficult to swish around and generate lather in the tiny container.

Good one
Initially purchased pink wolf shaving soap but the intensity of the scent too much for me, hence switched to parker. This one is really good. Able to achieve good thick lather with my hajamat shaving bush and a good shave with my parker 91r and 7 O' Clock (green) de blade.4 star as the soap bowl is small to create lather and should have been outstanding if this soap bowl being little flat rather than the thick width of this container.

Superb shaving soap!
So originally I found this shaving soap didn't perform well. After some experimentation it seems the soap requires a drop of water before you dip your brush. Then it performed very well. It's twice the cost of the Pink Woolf but perform 6x better! Smell is nicer & softer (like a shaving soap ought to be) than the very strong smelling Pink Woolf. It also washes away cleanly unlike Pink Woolf which left some type of "coating" on my skin with Pink Woolf's own boar bristle brush.Leaves my skin soft & moisturized! I've realised that alongwith a good razor, a good soap is equally important. You can't have a great shave with a great razor/blade but a poor performing soap.A much better alternative to Proraso, I only wish the container was not so tiny.

great expensive soap
really great smelling soap and creates a good lather ; but rather on a expensive side for a 50 g container next time will go with 100 g one .

Only one pack WHY TWIN???
It’s a small 50 gm SINGLE piece. Pictorial depiction is of two boxes and defined as TWIN PACK… If this not a fraudulent intent, no idea what is.Product wise pretty much just average and paying ₹600 plus for 50 gm of this soap is an absolute rip off.Pink Woolf shaving soaps are much better. My personal choice is Trigodon and now I will stick to it without trying to get adventurous.
