Did Not Receive Product As Picture/Described
The picture and description show/indicate 4 packs of 3 turtle conditioner blocks in each pack = 12 turtle blocks total for $29.85 plus tax. That comes to approximately $2.49 plus tax for 1 turtle block. I received 4 packs of 1 turtle conditioner block each. In other words, each pack had 1 turtle conditioner instead of the 3 as pictured/described.

I only got 4 packs of 1. Not 4 packs of 3.

why can't i order more quantaties. my turtles love them but in the water they don't last long.
in 1 month they increased the price from 1.99 per pack to 5.99 a pack. what a rip off company.
