Manito Breath Original 3D Mesh Seat Pad/Cushion/Liner for Stroller and Car Seat, Blue, One Size

My 2 month old son was getting sweaty and uncomfortable on car rides of an hour or more that he would wake up, start crying/screaming and getting even more hot. By the time we finally got him out of the car seat, his onesie would be soaked. So I was looking for something to cool him off and this item works like a charm!We have used it a few times now and he stays completely dry. I had looked at B00C9S62WQ, B00K5WAAJY, and B004S8ZW58. We wanted a insert to put this into our Peg Perego infant carrier and all of them indicate that it is used for a car seat/stroller not an infant carrier. We ultimately decided on this one as we thought it may fit the infant carrier. When I got it out it looked a little large, but when I put it into the infant carrier it fit. It looks like this may be able to move into a car seat as he grows. The next thing I was concerned about was the fact that the mesh seemed a little coarse for my newborns head. However, the texture of the mesh didn't seam to bother him.Overall, the insert is completely worth it! I am also glad that this one worked as all the other ones I had looked at were also more expensive. Although in all honesty, I would have paid more than twice this amount for something that would keep my infant from over heating and screaming in the car.

I don’t write reviews very often, but I had to write one so that other moms/dad could benefit from this amazing liner. I searched for so long to find a good car seat liner that actually worked and this is it. Taking my son on walks in his car seat stroller during the hot summer days left him soaked by the end of the walk. We used this yesterday morning and absolutely love it. It was about 80 degrees outside and we walked for about 45 minutes. When I took him out of the car seat his back was completely dry and he was able to comfortably nap during the walk because he stayed cool. I also washed it on ‘delicate’ and it held up just fine. Fit my babytrend car seat perfectly. You’re baby needs this!

Worked pretty well in our 4-month-old baby's stroller in Florida in May. The first day we used it in his infant car seat while walking around and it was too bulky (I think it almost made him hotter because he was squished in there!). After that we used it in his stroller and it did seem to keep him cooler and his clothes weren't sweaty when we picked him up. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the mesh on the top is a little rough. We put a baby blanket over it and then sat him down on top of that.I would NOT get this to put in a car seat for use while actually driving. It is way too bulky and I wouldn't feel like I had the straps tightened correctly. Just my personal opinion! Great for use outside of the car though!

Helps to keep our baby cool in the car seat (Chicco Keyfit 30). It's not the greatest fit, but works well. She's so comfortable in it that she often falls asleep. When she caught her first cold and wouldn't sleep in the crib, we put her in the car seat, and I think this liner helped her sleep well in it. We like it so much we got it for her Graco SwiviSeat high chair too!

I wish I knew about these when my son was a few months old and struggling with eczema and heat rashes (btw diet is the biggest cause of baby eczema I have learned! Dairy/gluten/etc). Without this my sons back would sweat and get pitiful red rashes in the car seat with short rides only 30 minutes. WITH this, however, no rash! He is now 2 years old and hasn’t had a sweaty rashy back ever since I started keeping this in his car seat! I have purchased a few of these. You can use them in strollers also! And they wash in the machine well, but air dry.The downside- now that he is a little over 2, it is too short for him. It still ventilates air fine for his back, but the tiny little leg pieces on it are basically just under his butt lol.

In our heat we were desperate to stop or even minimize baby's sweltering in his car seat and stroller. This Manito does cool, no complaint there.The problem is it is scratchy for a baby's sensitive skin. If we keep his skin covered that touches the Manito, of course no scratching. But that defeats the whole purpose of trying to cool him down. We really wanted this to work. It's fairly expensive, so we were disappointed.There are web cushions for adults that have a springy center and soft woven web covering that do the job of cooling and keeping your back from being flat against the main car seat. I wish there were similar ones for babies/tots.

Awesome product, works as described. We would always pull my six month old from her car seat with her Rear head and back covered im sweat. Her little body generates so much heat especially from her head, you combine that with the fabric and you get a stew. Not anymore, this allows her skin to breath creating a layer of air between her skin and the material. She can stay in her car seat longer without burning up. Works very well if you have similar issues I strongly recommend.

Llevo 2 años de uso diario de este producto y nos sigue funcionando muy bien, ha soportado las lavadas y no se ha roto aun. Es una excelente solucion para mantener a los bebés mas frescos en sus sillas parar coches. Nosotros notamos la diferencia desde la primera vez que lo usamos en un viaje de 5 horas, normalmente llegaba con su playera empapada en sudor y disminuyo notablemente.Lo recomiendo totalmenteOJO: Este producto no evita que los bebés suden (es imposible) pero si ayuda mucho a que no suden tanto y se mantengan mas comodos.
