I absolutely love this company if you have any issues they will take care of you right away and when I say right away, I mean, I submitted a question and within 6 hours or less they had responded and within a day they had sent me a replacement Free of charge I mean the fact that their bedding is highest quality. The bamboo is so soft great for hot sleepers easy to wash easy to dry, and it gets softer every wash. How can you go wrong? The only downside is the material is very easily torn or ripped so you have to be careful, but even if it does rip and I mean the fitted sheets, not the duvet it’s still usable. I have several of their fitted sheets and a corner hastore a little, but it still works. The duvets are thicker, so they’re much more resilient, and I can’t suggest these products enough. I love the color, quality, so smooth and luxurious

I ordered these bamboo sheets back then from a promotion not knowing about bamboo and thinking it was silly. But I was extremely surprised and told co-workers about bamboo sheets because of it. Thought it was funny that the brand Hotel Sheets really lives up to the name "Hotel" type quality. I then got another color set because I lived it that much. Cooling sheets, soft and smooth to the skin like silk but has enough resistance unlike santeen or silk that you slide off. They have made me switch to being in shorts just to be engulfed in the feeling. They feel luxurious and elevates quality of living, not to sound ridiculously over the top, but bamboo bedding is really all that.Getting back to the point, I've tried another brand for a duvet cover because Hotel sheets didn't have a particular color available at the time. Then purchased another duvet cover from a third brand with more confidence in brands that use bamboo, and the product came with a chemical smell and rougher, not as smooth. I thought that with some wear, the sheets would smooth out like the previous experiences, but didn't the same way, also not as cool and smooth, with this strange feeling like it retained some heat. I just couldn't get satisfied with the product. Ordered a replacement duvet cover from Hotelsheets and there definitely was a difference. Just from the start, I was able to feel the difference and feel the happiness it brings when I roll around in them. Relieved, Hotelsheets is reliable and I am extremely happy with its quality. All bedding needs to be 100% bamboo.

I have been using these sheets and pillowcases for several weeks now, and in general, I love them. That said, you should be aware of a couple of things before purchasing.The pros:I love how smooth and silky these sheets feel, as well as their weight and soft texture. They definitely feel luxurious, high-quality, and comfortable while sleeping. I feel like they were well worth the price on that level.The cons:One of the first things I noticed was how easily the pillowcases absorbed grease from my face, darkening their color where my face most often touched the pillow case (I usually wash my pillowcases at least once a week, and the pictures I have included were taken directly after one such washing). I do have a slight tendency towards greasy skin, but I have never noticed it show up on my pillowcases like this before. It is very noticeable, and does not come out in the wash unless you Oxyclean the entire thing (As in, get Oxyclean on the entirety of the fabric, as opposed to spot treating it). Both the sheets and the pillowcases also wrinkle extremely easily, which can make the bed look a bit messy, even if it’s neatly made. That said, none of these were a dealbreaker for me. Just something to be aware of.

This company is fantastic with customer service but most importantly their products are unparalleled! These viscose from bamboo fabric sheets and duvet covers are the softest best nights sleep you’ll ever have. Don’t hesitate particularly if you are a finicky sheet person. I hate scratchy sheets and these are like silk!

Vely silky and smooth fabric.

The material is smooth. But was rather disappointed as received 1 pillow case is torn & the other has black stain. The pillow cases are much bigger than normal pillow case size.

Love the softness and luxurious feel of these duvet covers. Great quality. Breathable and so comfortable to sleep under. Already ordered another set. We love these!!!! Only slight negative is that they wrinkle quite easily, but if you take them out of the dryer immediately and fold them it is minimal. Great product.

Works well

I gave it 4 stars because it's very difficult to put the duvet fillings inside due to the location of the zippers. I am probably in the minority that struggle with this haha. I do sweat a lot less after using these sheets. Overall, they are fine quality. A tad bit expensive but I still recommend.
