Why does it not have “Ch” and “Ll” ?

The Real Academy of Spanish took off the “ch, ll and rr”. These three letters don’t exist anymore in the Spanish alphabet. I am a Spanish teacher. Just I was looking for a poster without these three letters to replace the old poster with them.

Does it tell you the sounds the letters make?

Is the poster laminated?

Not "laminated" but is plastic so you could wipe something (not-permanent) off of it.. if that's what you're wondering.
