Love these vitamins
I’m not pregnant but love taking these vitamins because they have everything in them that my particular body needs so I continue to take them. These are far superior to past one a day vitamins because they have omegas other vitamins and iron even which other vitamins often lack. Very supportive of daily nutritional needs. They’re large but smooth capsules easy to swallow. No fish burps iykyk. I think they make me feel great everyday.

Peace of Mind in a Single Pill
As someone who was overwhelmed by all the prenatal vitamin options out there, I’m so glad I landed on ONE A DAY Prenatal 1. It checks all the boxes—and most importantly, it helps me feel like I’m doing something good for both me and baby every day. The biggest plus for me is that it’s all-in-one. It has folic acid, DHA, iron, and other essentials recommended by my doctor, so I don’t have to juggle multiple pills. And even though the pill is a little on the larger side (like most prenatals), it’s smooth and has a gentle coating that makes it easier to swallow than I expected. I also really appreciate how gentle it is on my stomach. I’ve taken other vitamins in the past that made me nauseous—even with food—but this one hasn’t caused any issues, which is a miracle during the first trimester. I’ve been taking it throughout pregnancy, and I plan to continue into postpartum and breastfeeding since it’s got everything I need for that stage too. If you’re looking for a dependable, doctor-recommended prenatal that’s easy to stick with, this one is a winner. No weird taste, no upset stomach, just peace of mind in one daily pill.

My Go-To Prenatal Vitamin
I’ve been taking One A Day Women’s Prenatal vitamins throughout my pregnancy and couldn’t be happier with them. They’re easy to swallow and don’t upset my stomach like some other prenatals I’ve tried. I feel confident knowing they include all the essential nutrients like folic acid, iron, and DHA, which are so important for both me and my baby’s development. What I really appreciate is how consistent the formula is, I’ve been on them for months and feel they provide solid support for my energy and overall wellness. The price is reasonable too, which is a big plus since prenatal vitamins are a daily commitment. Whether you’re newly pregnant or planning ahead, these vitamins are a dependable choice that I trust to keep me nourished during this important time.

Bariatric surgery patient
Bariatric surgery patient here! My surgeon told me to take prenatals after my surgery to get me everything I needed. I’ve never been pregnant and don’t plan to be, but taking prenatal vitamins has helped so much with hair loss, skin, etc. the one a day is especially convenient with busy lifestyles. Who has time for seventeen different pills. Not me. One will do.

On subscription
I have on subscription. There’s no after taste. And not a big pill to swallow. It’s about $14/bottle. So I think it’s a pretty okay price.

Good product but it smells
Overall is a good prenatal vitamin, it was kind of difficult to swallow during the first weeks of pregnancy due to the smell and taste like fish oil so if you are to sensitive better back away from it

These vitamins are GREAT...but Amazon messed up.
I gave 3 stars because I love these prenatal vitamins, but Amazon messed them up. Read on for a detailed review! Hey y’all, I think I can clear a few things up! I’ve been reading & reading (& reading & reading &) reviews on these prenatals and have identified the major theme in all the low-rated reviews. Most (if not all) women who gave a poor rating all said similar things. They have previously bought and taken these prenatals (sometimes for years) and loved them. However, their first purchase of these vitamins from Amazon resulted in a bad product. Most women reported terrible fish smell, yellow residue coating the pills and inside of bottle, and the pills sticking together. Now a lot of people have suggested that this means these prenatals that Amazon is selling are fake. But I don’t believe that. I’m going to touch on my own personal experience to support that claim. I ordered one bottle of these vitamins from Amazon when I found out I was pregnant (surprise!), but started to worry that I would have to go 3-4 days before they’d get here. So I also rushed out to Walmart to buy a second bottle. I figured I’d get through the 2 bottles of vitamins eventually, so no biggie. I store all my supplements in a cool dark place in my bedroom, but it’s not very organized and I eventually got both bottles opened and was taking my daily vitamins from each bottle at random. Keep in mind: both bottles were purchased at almost the exact same time, stored in the exact same place, and had their seals broken within a week of one another. The pills (at first) had absolutely NO smell. They were easy to swallow, and for me the price point can’t be beat for ALL the stuff that comes in these vitamins! They seriously check every box for me. However...within the first month, the bottle from Amazon (I remembered because I didn’t take the seal off very cleanly) started to get a yellow residue on the inside of the bottle and the pills themselves started to stink. And when I say stink, I mean STINK. This is NOT your average fish oil pill (which I am very familiar with.) It was so terrible, I almost couldn’t take them. They started to stick to the inside of the bottle so bad, I had to bang them on the table multiple times to shake them loose. I didn’t think too much about the difference in bottles until I was running low and came on Amazon to order another bottle. When I first started to read these reviews, I was freaking out...because nobody wants a fake or fraudulent product, let alone a supplement, let alone a pregnancy supplement!! But before I went into full blown panic mode, I grabbed both bottles for a VERY careful inspection, and subsequently walked my way through everything I’ve just typed out in this review. SO. In conclusion: Amazon messed up. As you can see in the photos, these two bottles are IDENTICAL. There are no differences (other than LOT# and expiration of course) between the products. I think if this were a true fraudulent product, there would be at least one tell tale sign. But the Amazon product is clearly inferior, as I and tens of other women have reported in our reviews. Why is that? Well, I think Amazon messed up. I think they must have left a large shipment of these prenatals out in the heat or sun or something like that. I obviously don’t know exactly what happened, but I am pretty certain the issue lies with how these vitamins were handled in a large quantity, and not with the vitamins, One A Day, or Bayer+Bayer themselves. FINAL POINT: These are good vitamins!! The price point can’t be beat, they don’t smell at all, and they contain EVERYTHING you need. I love them, highly recommend them, and will continue to buy them......in person from a store. I hope this helps someone!!
