Nine West Women's Tatiana Dress Pump

So disappointed, I wore these heels maybe 3x/wk or less after ordering them early July and then last week, while walking in my office parking garage, the heel snapped on my left one. Not repairable. Looked to see if there was any warranty, nope. Love Nine West but wow, spent this much on a shoe I wore maybe 10x at most. I have the suede blue pair and love them; just hope they don't snap either. *(ps, I'm not overweight nor overly exerting myself on my heels as I walk, I believe this was a defunct pair - SO disappointed there is no warranty or quality control to assist in replacing the shoes)

I purchased a pair of these from the manufacturer almost 2 years ago and they quickly became my favorite black pump!! I wore them so much that it was time to get another pair in my shoe Arsenal. I was ecstatic to find them here on Amazon at $35 discount. However, what I received is NOT the same shoe. This shoe fit much more snug and when compared to my old ones, made me wonder if these might be a knock-off brand. I took side by side photos and they are Not the same shoe! Sadly, they must be returned!!

I LOVED these shoes! I had been looking for a pair to wear to work, that would be comfortable to walk in all day, and after about a 2-week breaking-in period (which sucked, but got much better when I started spraying a leather stretching spray in them before wearing!) they were perfect. UNFORTUNATELY after wearing for about 2 months (mostly indoors, and I'm quite used to walking in heels around this height, so it was not related to how I walked in them) the left heel snapped! Couldn't be repaired. So disappointed. I returned them and got another pair of the same shoe, and now after about the same amount of time/wear, the SAME THING is happening to the left shoe!!! If the heels didn't keep breaking, these would be the PERFECT shoe. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

I am a flight attendant and this is the perfect shoe! I love it. Classic pump but the arch is perfect. Some heels have a weirdly placed arch and it looks funny. I have searched high and low and I have not found a better shoe for the price. I repurchase this shoe every 6 months. I wear it every day at work & sometimes during the entire flight which is why they have a short lifespan with me.

December 2019 update! I am so sad to say the quality is just NOT there anymore. Like at all. I’ve been buying these shoes for work for about three years and I feel like this last year the quality just took a complete dump. I bought these shoes in around maybe Sep and the sole started peeling. Got in contact with Amazon and they sent out a replacement right away, got them super fast- Amazon is amazing. But the SHOE :( So the replacement I got lasted me about 2 months and the stem of the heal is all beat up. Like you can easily see the plastic underneath- it looks trashy 😫Also the sole is peeling up again (left and right).. and the rubber tip on the stem is almost gone and the metal post is starting to show lol. These shoes used to last me about 8 months to a year of wear. Maybe I started stomping around the office and and didn’t realize it but.... these shoes might be better suited for a once in awhile occasion and not everyday at work...I absolutely love this shoe. I wear these shoes every single day at work. I’m not on my feet 100% of the day but I’m up and down in the office for at least 6 hours a day and my feet (almost) never get tired or hurt by the end of the day. I usually get about a years worth of wear in them.. and I’ve bought them about three times. I get them in the 8.5 black leather and the leather is super beautiful and soft. It doesn’t scrape off or mark up very easy like some of the other cheaper materials out there. I am just in love with this shoe!!! It’s SO comfortable, you don’t ever have to break these in either! I straight up get them straight out of the box and on my feet they go to work! I’ve had one pair where the little heel tops fell off a little earlier than usual.. and this last pairs inside came apart a little easier than I’ve had before, but I’m still pretty sure that’s just from my stress-sweaty stinkers being in overdrive this year. OH YEA! I wear them mostly for work but I also wear them straight out of the office to night plans. They’re seriously so perfect and sexy without being extra.

I've worn these once and already the leather is rubbing off (interior and exterior) which made me take a closer look at the tag and they are total knock offs! Returning. VERY disappointed. Unfortunately, this has been happening with various items I've ordered from Amazon lately. I've been 100% an Amazon girl for over a decade but these days I question their morality regarding their responsibility to screening sellers for proper licenses and authenticity. Just seems whoever can sell whatever on here with limited to no oversight.

These are great! I am normally a 7.5, but based on my experience with other Tatiana pumps got this a size 8. Perfect fit! The beige color is very nice and neutral- not too dark, but not too light either, very much as pictured. Very comfortable for my wider feet. I have not worn these all day long yet, but based on my experience with these pumps I am sure they will be comfortable. They did have a tiny nick on the back of the heal, but that those happen with leather sometimes. It wasn't big enough for me to want to return them.

I ordered a size 7, my normal size for Nine West. This shoe was a tad bit snug. I'm keeping them because I'm afraid a 7.5 may slip of the back of my narrow heels.

Die Pumps haben die Farbe Koralle, also wirklich kein rot. die Schuhe hab ich eine Nr. größer als üblich genommen und ich mach das sonst nie und sie passen, wobei ich finde, dass das Leder recht hart ist und ich hoffe ich geh sie bald ein. Die Höhe ist in Ordnung (10 cm), ich kann gut damit gehen und zu spitz verlaufen sie zum Glück auch nicht vorne. Mir gefallen sie sehr gut.

these look amazing on, but definitely ran small - at least in one of the shoes... the other fit like a glove, so I may have been sent a wrong size. Had to return

Attractive shoe for work. Fit a little narrower in toe box than expected. Perhaps 1/2 size up would be good but they don't offer 11.5. The length of shoe was pretty true to size.

Beautiful shoes. Great comfort. Perfect black pumps. I love them and would buy 2 as backup.

Love these! Definitely the best and most comfortable basic pointed toe pump. I bought these a few years ago and after some wear and tear, I've purchased them again!
