Has anyone tried using these with olive oil and floating wicks?

Should work no problem. I have seen it used that way. It is thick glass, thicker than standard oil glass cups

The top is 1-3/4" - the bottom is 1-1/2" - the insert is 5/16" and it comes with 3 layer rubber set for different widths.The height from top to bottom (including insert tip) is 2-3/4"- the tip itself is 1/2". We have them available on our amazon site. We also sell the candles if you need them. They come in a box of 72 candles.

Can these be relit successfully? Or: good for one burn up to 3 hrs and done?

I think they burn longer than 3 hours. Since Shabbat candies I generally do not blow them out. I think they can be relit
