I truly enjoy Buddha teas & this Lemon Balm doesn’t disappoint. I came across this tea for my EBV treatment. Said it has antiviral, antibacterial & kills EBV cells & strengthens the immune system. I hope it’s true bcz I’ve been feeling lousy for months before getting diagnosed. I enjoy the taste. It’s similar to Echinacea or Pau D’arco. I drink with lemon & manuka honey. Very healing & refreshing. I drink this several times a day. To avoid bag tearing when opening the individual packet, I just shake it so the inner bag settles more downwards then tear it gently. This is the trick. I’ve already ordered more... I have to drink this at least for 3 mos for a full recovery. Hope it works.

No but seriously, I'd have days that are hectic, and a lot of activities on the to do list,, and it's easy to lose focus. Despite the busy day, I might not complete everything or finish sonething the way I wanted, and even while working on typing i fold because I cannot focus on my writing, this whenever I drink tea, all that changes and Im no longer angry over the little things, i get the work done and remain focus. I didn't realize it was this kind of tea in particular that was helping me with all that, so with that said I appreciate this tea and do recommend it!

This is my first time trying lemon balm but a nurse recommended it to me for stress and anxiety. It works wonders for that! I would say the effect it had on me was parallel to taking prescription muscle relaxers after an injury. Not sure if others experienced this but for me it was. It relaxes and calms your mind and your actual muscles and shoulders. I was expecting with the name that it will taste like lemon but the taste didn't remind me of lemon at all, no hint of citrus for me. The flavor is nice but hard to describe or compare to something else. It doesn't have a strong flavor in case you're worried.

This tea tastes nice with nothing added. I drink it right before bed and find it very soothing.

The tea is good and has a mild flavor. It is relaxing. However, it is not as lemony tasting as I expected it would be.
