This saddle is perfect for the forward pelvis tilted position on a tt bike and for females. No soft tissue pain. The only drawback is the saddle is wider than most saddles so there is some rubbing in the inner thigh/groin area but I would take that over soft tissue pain/abrasion from a more traditional road saddle any day!
