Snarling Magical Dragon Skull Treasure Trinket Box

The first dragon I ordered was a trinket box--jaw comes unattached--I used the buy again option for another gift and this time I got the coin bank version--it is fine--but not sure if I would order again not knowing what version I would receive.

No one would know this is a hollow container unless they pick it up by the top. It is very well disguised. I ordered it on a whim, figuring we would set it in our study, on the bookcase that contains fantasy books. But my wife liked it so much she put it on the television stand in the living room. Guests almost always comment on it. The inside is big enough to hold my medium-large key ring, small wallet (my wife makes sure it stays thin--she's so thoughtful), and a bunch of change and room left over. For you pot heads, it would probably hold between an eighth and quarter ounce--I'm not sure exactly--since I haven't done that for 33 years in high school, but I know that's what some people will want it for.It would be really cool to get a bunch of these and use them to serve Dragon Pudding in for desert. I don't know what that is, but you could make something up and call it that.Usually, when I see sculptured art, I think to myself that the paint could really be improved by doing this or that. This just can't. It looks like weathered old bone. The horns look like some weird kind of horn material that maybe has a bit of algae or fungus on it. The eye sockets look convincingly deep and hollow. The only thing I can say for improvement is that it would be cool if they made one fifty times larger and it would look almost like a real, gigantic dragon skull sitting on your mantle or mounted on the wall. That's how well done this is.I recommend this to any dragon collector or skull collector. You won't be disappointed, especially at the "amazing low price."

I saw this online and thought it would be perfect for my one daughter for her birthday. When I ordered it, I wasn't sure if it would be as nice as it looks, but the other reviews convinced me to get it. I'm very happy that I did, because my daughter almost girly squealed.When I received the box, the first thing that I noticed was the "excessive" packaging. I don't normally get items that are wrapped like a mama bird is giving up her precious egg for adoption, so I carefully began to open all of the layers. Open box, remove packaging...eventually I got to the skull. As my other daughter and I pulled it out, we were both amazed at how detailed it is. Its very well done, and it didn't have any chips, breaks, scratches, etc. The paint was very well done, having light and dark areas throughout highlighting the features. I noticed that even the harder to reach spots were fully painted, like the eye sockets.I was very happy to give this to my daughter, and she was apparently thrilled to receive it seeing as she ran off to put it in her room. (And later showed everyone.) It's a small box good for a couple of rings, maybe a bracelet, some spare change... It's more decorative than functional, but wow is it decorative! I am VERY happy that I bought this, and I would DEFINITELY recommend this item! Thank you very much!

This was so awesome. The plan was to use it for a spare key. Someone stole it before e could even put a key in it. 😭 I will probably buy another one eventually.

I was searching for a coin bank, and I saw that this had the slot and the cap in the photos, indicating “coin bank.” It arrived, and it’s the trinket box version. It’s a great piece, great quality, but I don’t need another trinket box. I needed a bank. I wish the official pictures showed the correct item! Some reviews state that they ordered the trinket box and got the bank instead. I sort of wish I got that…

I got this for my granddaughter because she loves skeletons. The description said it had a compartment on the bottom where you can hide trinkets. The description didn't say there is a slot cut in it behind the horns because it is a bank. I am sure my granddaughter will still love it, but it was not exactly what I thought I was getting.

I love this item. A lot.It might have something to do with the night that this product potentially saved my life.I keep this on my night stand, which is underneath a small window. Living in the desert it gets hot and I leave this window open to get a breeze in the bedroom. It's small and on the 2nd floor so I never felt like it was a security issue. One night I fell asleep on the couch and awoke in the middle of the night as I heard a scream. I live alone so I poked my head out the windows and saw nothing. I went upstairs for a sanity check and saw that the items on my night stand were strewn all over the floor.I picked up the Trinket Box and noticed it dripping something on my hand. Someone had managed to squeeze through the small window and when they stepped down onto the night stand perfectly landed on the 2 horns of the Trinket Box. It must have gone deep as there was a fair amount of blood, which trailed up the wall as the burglar climbed out. Once I realized what happened I called the police and about 10 minutes later was told a limping teenager found 2 blocks away whimpering in pain.So there you have it, who needs guns when you can just strew these wonderful trinket boxes around each entrance of your house!

This Dragon skull really has GREAT detail. It's a little smallish, but it's substantial and heavy for its size. I use it for my E-Cig stuff! It was perfect to hold all the little bits and spare parts, and cord for my cig. And the horns make a great 'rest'for the device. It was just the right size to set on my bedside table. And the heavy polymer is just waiting to be decorated with color. The horns also make a great spot to hang my watches and rings on. The top lifts off. It does not hinge. Which is fine because the 'jaw bones' interlock and fits snuggly together so the top half doesn't slide off. Seriously; this thing really looks cool. Longer than my hand. It's taller than my hand is wide, and the horns are a bit longer than a finger. Love it! I think I'm going to get another to get a, "bookend" type thing going. Does not look cheap in any way, and would make a great gift for any Dragon Fan!

This head is amazing quality. Came in a ton of different packaging so it would not break. It was a bit small but still a great decoraring piece for dragons fanatics!

I usually don’t review any products, but i had to do this. I was taken aback by how realistic this looks. It looks way better than the pictures!

Item was a gift for a friend who adores it. Item is exactly as picture describes, and has a lot of room inside for storing all those valuable trinkets that need a safe place in plain sight.
